Why choose Aid With Care?

We are committed to providing a “safe and good high quality service to all our service users”. To ensure this, we have a caring and well trained team of care staff to make sure that every individual support plan and care needs assessment care plan is carried out. We ensure that we comply with CQC regulations and safeguarding of vulnerable adults requirements by regularly training our staff and completing the necessary enhanced DBS check. If personal care such as a shower or a strip wash is specified, we provide it. Every member of the care team makes sure that privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always upheld.

Each individual client receives a personalised care plan that details the level of support and assistance they need in addition to the way they would like their care to be delivered. The personalised care plan addresses all areas of everyday living, such as medicines, how a client prefers to be addressed, their interests, preferences and routines. It enables our care assistants to give our clients attentive, personalised care, ensuring that their requirements are met in a calm, secure environment.
