We make sure that every individual support plan and care needs assessment care plan is carried out, and if personal care is specified, we give it, such a shower or a strip wash. Every member of the care team makes sure that privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always upheld.

Each individual client receives a personalised care plan that details the level of support and assistance they need in addition to the way they would like their care to be delivered. The personalised care plan addresses all areas of everyday living, such as medicines, how a client prefers to be addressed, their interests, preferences and rutines. It enables our care assistants to give our clients attentive, personalised care, ensuring that their requirements are met in a calm, secure environment.
