NHS funds individuals who have significant healthcare needs, end of life care needs and individuals that have been discharged home pending social care needs assessment also known as D2A(discharge to Assess). The NHS or Continuing Health Care(CHC) support and fund individuals in any setting outside of hospital including care homes, hospices or even within your own homes.

Aid With Care Limited was registered in March 2019 by Care Quality Commission(CQC) to provide personal care.
