Staffing

We ensure that that our recruitment and selection criteria for the appropiate  care staff is thorough and that all care workers are DBS checked. 

We are support the newly recruited care team to understand the health and social care sector by enrolling them for the relevant training and the experienced senior care worker regularly monitoring their performance.

Staff training and progress.

  • We carry out induction training for newly recruited care staff and refresher training for other care staff.
  • We ensure that all staffs are enrolled for the care certificate and online care skilled courses to continuously refresh their understanding of the sector. We complete onsite observations, carry out care worker's group meeting to share ideas and updates in the sector. These meeting are facilitated by management to ensure changes, updates within the care sector and feedback from the clients /care workers are received in a timely manner.
